Well, I have been home from my mission for two whole months! Even though life is moving on, Thailand will forever have a place in my heart. No one can tell me that what I believe isn't true or that God doesn't care. I spent many long nights on my knees in prayer pleading with the Lord to send down miracles in the people's lives we were teaching. Miracles happened. Lives changed. My heart grew to love my Savior even more as I saw Him help not only myself, but those I dearly love. The most important thing in this life is to prove ourselves worthy to return back to God. He is waiting for us with open arms. He loves me, and He loves you. What a privledge it is to know that so deeply in my heart.
Life has started moving forward again. Tough times have already come. I may not be exactly where I dreamed, but I'd like to grasp onto those things in life that help me know God is watching out for me. So I guess to finish this post off, I want to list some of the things that make my life so incredibly beautiful.
-A family who has my best interests at heart
-The chance to be in a Thai class and have a teacher from Thailand
-Butterflies
-A possibly great internship this summer
-RM friends who support me and help me get through challenges
-An adorable niece and one more on the way
-A new calling in church
-Home teachers who came by to give us a boost and dedicate our apartment
-Friends on missions doing the Lords work
-Music that touches my heart
-The chance to pray and feel like He is listening
-Hope in my heart for a good future
Thanks to everyone who has been there for me! I love you all and I'm just happy to be alive and moving forward! The future comes one day at a time...
